What we are looking for

We have projects where we are looking for very specific persons and positions where persons with various backgrounds, experiments and education can be taken in use.

Often we need some sort of technical or at least economical education or project experience. Customer care service is always an advantage.

Huge plus would be fluent German language skills, often also level when you are able to handle situations in German written, spoken, read or heard. Big plus is same in English.

We do not need official language certificates but we might ask something from you in English or German, because that´s what our customers also do.

Of course an optimum would be an German, English and Finnish speaking graduated vehicle engineer but we are also realists. So we try to look together with You if we would have a position that would suit for both of us, now or for future seasons.

You can be an experienced maker
who is looking for something different in your life.

You got a lot of experience from various jobs, working places, cultures, company cultures, projects, whatever.

Possibly your children are not any more waiting for you at home, so you are free to go and work where ever you like and
when ever you like. You are able to move to Lapland for about half an year.

Typically you are interested in some winter sports, skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, husky driving or just stumbling in deep soft snow and enjoy extremely cold weathers and long dark evenings with northern lights. Some people bring their own running mats with them, that´s also ok for us.

In this case we´ll look for a suitable position for you, where you still can develop yourself for coming seasons. First season is a drive-in period when you adapt to customer demands and working culture and get used to differentiate customer specific issues, that are often not the same as you might first think.

We will offer you a job, decent salary, organize comfortable apartment and flexible work times so that you can organize your normal life also during season. We really hope to see you also next autumn, but have also some understanding if you have
found something even more interesting job. Naturally all our work is strictly  confidential, so there wont so much stories to tell your friends what have you solved during season, but experiencing real winter in Lapland is always worth of good stories.

You can be a fresh new talent
who´s looking for a career in your own way.

You are either graduated from university or college on vehicle technologies or machine faculties or similar and have a strong interest on vehicle development or testing procedures. Possibly you got something to do with electronics, electrical technologies
or automation.

Maybe you have a human being living in same apartment with you and he/she is naturally welcome to here too. We try to
organize some job also for him/her if needed. Or maybe you meet somebody during dark winter, and will see him/her properly when the sun begins to shine in March and notice that you´ve found the light of your life.

We hope that you got some hobbies or something that´s called life also outside your studies and work. If you would like to spend a long weekend with your old friends in Lapland it´s s OK for us because of our flexible working arrangements. Certainly it would be nice if you agree this with your colleagues in advance, because they might get exactly the same idea with their student colleagues. Possibly you are enthusiastic downhill skier or snowboarder or just like to hike in freezing cold with a tent in 1 meter thick snow under trees filled with tons of hanging snow.

We expect you to have practical language skills at least in English and German would be a huge advantage. Up-to-date computer skills are required and always a suitable attitude to ask if you got something to ask from you experienced colleague.
